Care Funding - A leaflet from the Saga Care Funding Advice Service who can help with advice about the best ways of funding your care. The emphasis is on providing support to enable you to make an informed decision. The initial consultation is free.
The Stroke Association - This leaflet is produced by the information , advice and support service, Selby District and York. The service is a visiting service that provides support and practical information to people who have had a stroke and their families and carers.
Independent Living Schemes - A brief guide to Direct Payments and the Personal Assistance Scheme. The City of York Council in partnership with York Council for Voluntary Services.
Catheter Care - Your essential guide. A simple guide for catheter users produced by North Yorkshire and York Primary Care Trust.
