Meeting Room Hire

The accommodation for hire consists of a modern, tastefully decorated, well-lit spacious room (440sq. ft.) that can be adapted for meetings, formal and informal training and drop-ins.

As a guide, 20-25 people can be seated theatre style and 16-20 people around tables. Standard and Digital A/V equipment is available if requested on the booking form. (N.B To ensure compatibility with digital equipment, we would recommend that you use your own software with our laptop.

Woodlands has unrestricted access for wheelchair users, a fitted induction hearing loop system and there is an accessible toilet next to the entrance. The room also has its own dedicated small kitchen with a fridge and drink making facilities.

Payment in full is required with each booking and it is non-returnable. If Woodlands has to cancel the booking for any reason, a full refund will be given.
