As a charity, Woodlands relies heavily on donations and fundraising and the Friends of Woodlands - through the ever-popular Charity Shop - contribute greatly to the on-going improvement of Woodlands' facilities.
Why should I stay at Woodlands?
Woodlands is committed to equality of opportunity and to the MS Society’s policy of access & inclusion. Our emphasis is on high quality care with a holistic approach to ensure that social, emotional and spiritual needs as well as physical and care needs are included in the care planning process.
We will provide each Guest with the assistance and support that they need during their stay at Woodlands and provide a safe environment to protect them from harm and abuse. We will also encourage as much independence and individual freedom of choice as we can so that Guests’ usual routines can be maintained as far as is possible.
